Age Restrictions

It is against the law to sell or supply intoxicating substances to persons under the age of 18 in the UK.  By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. 

Security, Payment & Privacy

All credit card payments are processed through a secure server using 128-bit encryption.  This means that no details can be intercepted by any third party at any point during the transaction. 

Every effort has been made to ensure that shopping on this website is safe and secure. Pampas Wines cannot be held responsible for fraudulent use of a lost or stolen debit/credit card on our site, but will assist your credit card company once you have reported the fraud to them. 

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. For specific information on our privacy policy, please refer to our Privacy Policy page. 

Orders & Delivery

After placing an order with us you will receive an email acknowledging your order. This email is our acknowledgement of our receiving your order, not confirmation of payment. Should your payment not have been successful we will contact you immediately. Once your payment has been processed, your order will be despatched. 

For standard delivery anywhere on the UK mainland we aim to deliver within 24-48 hours. We will alert you by e-mail once your order has shipped with an estimated date of delivery. The carrier may require a signature at the time of delivery. (UNLESS OTHERWISE PROHIBITED e.g.  COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS) Please indicate where your order can be left if you are not going to be in to receive it. 

For standard delivery anywhere on the UK mainland, we deliver free of charge for any order of £100 (including VAT) or more. For orders under £100 there is a standard charge of £10 including VAT. 

If you would like a delivery outside the UK mainland, please contact us for a personalised quotation, specifying the number of bottles, the country and the delivery zipcode.

We are able to arrange express delivery by request and the charge for this will vary depending on the required speed and the locality of delivery.  Please call us on 07904 149 821 or 07742 607 084 for non-standard rates.

Pricing & Promotions

Pricing of products on our website are as quoted, except in cases of obvious error. These prices exclude delivery costs (see 'Orders & Delivery' above). Prices are liable to change at any time, but these changes will not affect orders already placed for which we have given you an order acknowledgment email. 

Guarantee

If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not wholly satisfied with the wine we deliver, then let us know and we will send you either a replacement or a prompt 100% refund.

If any bottle is broken or spoilt on delivery we’ll replace it for you free of charge or send you a full refund if you prefer.
